The LNM3500 is a flexible, compact, and efficient pneumatic nailing machine for producing legs for pallet manufacturing. It features a user-friendly program, enabling very quick changeovers, and the machine can store settings for over 100 different leg types. The unit is equipped with three Bostitch nail guns with jumbo coil magazines, each fitted with indicator displays. Production of legs with 2–30 blocks per leg is possible. The machine comes with a large board cassette. A protective cover ensures sound insulation and safe operation. Control is via a 10-inch touchscreen. Beckhoff control system. The machine can be optionally equipped with an optimized block cutter as well as an automatic block feeding system for the nailing machine. The block cutter can be mounted at the rear or on the side of the nailing machine.
