Tube Cutting Machine FZH VARIO 2 with 2.9 m Magazine (Year 2016)

Automatic tube cutting system VARIO 2 manufactured by FZH Maschinenbau GmbH, year of manufacture 2016. The line is designed for cutting round tubes to length and was used in series production of furniture fittings. The system consists of a magazine with singling system, feed unit, tube cutting head, as well as removal and deburring unit.

Application:
– Automatic serial cutting of round tubes
– Tube diameter approx. Ø 6.0–78.0 mm
– Wall thicknesses approx. 0.1–1.5 mm (plastic up to approx. 2.0 mm)
– Cut lengths from approx. 70 mm, typical lengths 200–1,200 mm

– Suitable for steel tubes (e.g., E195) and various other tube materials

– Tube diameter: outside Ø 6.0 mm to 78.0 mm
– Wall thickness: 0.1–1.5 mm (plastic up to 2.0 mm)
– Cut lengths: 70–700 mm per feed stroke, longer lengths via re-gripping
– Minimum cut length: 70 mm
– Shortest scrap length: 150 mm
– Tube input length: by the meter or from coil
– Cycle time pure cutting: approx. 4 s (material dependent)
– Feed of 200 mm tube length: approx. 2 s
– Feed of 500 mm tube length: approx. 5 s
– Feed of 1,200 mm tube length: approx. 16 s

– Well-maintained used condition from family-owned business
– System has been regularly serviced
– Technical documentation (quotation, layout drawing, specifications) available
– Photos of the complete line including magazine and deburring unit available
