Machine Features
Knitting Machines:
- One machine features 4 needle heads, the other has 2 needle heads, allowing simultaneous production of a total of 6 cords.
- Automatic stop function: If the yarn breaks or a needle is damaged, the affected needle head stops automatically.

- Needle heads for cord production: 4 needle heads with 4 needles – for fine knitted cords approx. 3 mm in diameter, 2 needle heads with 6 needles – for cords with 5–6 mm diameter
- Variants with 3 to 18 needles can be re-ordered and exchanged directly from the manufacturer.

Industrial Yarn Winding Machine:
- Winds a skein in approx. 1 minute.
- Cross-winding for uniform yarn distribution.
- Automatic stop at the end of the cord.

Operation & Control:
- Speed display for the needle heads as well as the tension element.
- Each needle head can be switched on/off individually.
- Adjustable speed
