Lamellar Case Clamp with Rapid Traverse

Working range: Width from 150 to 2,500 mm, Height from 150 to 1,400 mm; Depth 700 mm;

- Top lamellar press beam with 6 elements, side lamellar press beam with 5 elements
- Lamellar press beams feature proven tolerance compensation for tightly pressed case joints
- Counter-pressure surfaces are 40 mm thick, continuous coated support plates
- The pressing force of the press beams is infinitely variable and electronically regulated via two potentiometers, set using a frequency converter, ensuring completely wear-free torque transmission.
- Pressing force for horizontal press beams: min. 500 daN (kg) up to max. 2,200 daN (kg), infinitely adjustable
- Pressing force for vertical press beams: min. 300 daN (kg) up to max. 2,200 daN (kg), infinitely adjustable

- Including the following option:

Rapid traverse travel speed for fast positioning of the press beams, controlled by automatic workpiece detection with sensors in the press beams; pressing speeds of 5/10/25 mm/sec and rapid traverse speed of 50 mm/sec; sensors can be deactivated for pressing special parts.
- Jog mode for precise positioning of both press beams, e.g., for low press forces, drawers, and 45-degree carcasses.
