Controlled tilting worktable: -90°/0°/+90° with intermediate angles. The machine is equipped with a 4 kW electrospindle, 18,000 rpm, controlled by inverter, and quick-change tool system (tool changer) with ISO30 spindle. Interpolation of X, Y, Z, and W axes controlled by numerical control. Brushless motors for X, Y, Z, and W positioning. Complete with 4 pneumatic double clamps, tool diameter correction via software. Axis movements on linear guides. Left profile stop. 10.4-inch colour monitor (touchscreen with simplified Windows-based graphics, TeamViewer for remote maintenance, special HICAM 2 / CAMPROX software for loading ISO files and running programs).
