The GCV series machine is a modern solution that combines both pre-shredding and final granulation functions for plastics. This enables various types of plastics—and more—to be processed in a single workflow.

The upper section of the machine is responsible for pre-shredding: the material is fed onto rotating knives that cut it thoroughly. Additionally, a special feeding system ensures efficient material intake.

The lower section is the grinding chamber, where the rotor design and material feed can be adjusted depending on material type, properties, desired capacity, and final regrind size. Importantly, after processing, the material does not require additional transfer between devices. The compact construction of the machine saves space and offers an excellent price-to-performance ratio.
