The Hamilton FLOW PCR Setup Instrument is a benchtop robotic workstation designed for fully automated preparation of PCR and qPCR reaction setups. Developed to minimize manual pipetting errors and increase sample throughput, it is typically used in conjunction with Roche Life Science products (such as the MagNA Pure 96 System and LightCycler® 480 Instrument) as part of the FLOW solution.

Software Integration: Operated via FLOW Software, the device imports test requests from Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) and feeds back results. The software also enables user-friendly configuration of PCR setups.

Flexibility: Can serve either as a stand-alone device for PCR setup or in a "FLOW Flex" configuration for combined primary sample handling and PCR preparation.

Accessories: Optional accessories such as cooling blocks for PCR plates are available to maintain the integrity of temperature-sensitive reagents.
