Featuring proven HANGLER welded construction made of high-quality structural steel with forward-tapered, welded longitudinal beams. Gooseneck frame with double center web. Z-profile crossmembers punched through the longitudinal beams with a welded special side frame. Replaceable 2" kingpin with a forward-tapered wear plate, made from high-quality sheet steel. 18 pairs of lashing ring loops recessed into the outer frame, each rated at 2.5 t; 8 pairs of folding lashing rings recessed into the outer frame, each rated at 5 t, 24 t total. 2-speed landing gear, single-sided operation, with straight lower part. 2 wheel chocks with holders, aluminum side underrun protection, plastic mudguards in front of and behind each axle, anti-spray flaps behind each axle, rear underrun protection, full-width rear splash guard. Coil trough approx. 8,000 mm long with cover, approx. 40 mm, divided by diagonal loading beams. Stanchion sleeves and supports suitable for FR 80/80/4, fully hot-dip galvanized. Insert posts 80/80 incl. lower reinforcement. Hydraulic diagonal loading device with 4 cross beams: hydraulic supply from the tractor unit via a 2-line pump system (feed and return) with double Faster coupling. Diagonal loading beams with integrated pull-out section, height lockable. Multi-stage hydraulic cylinders, each beam with universal joint suspension. Including supports—adjustable—with bolt lock. Cylinder passages sealed on both sides with strip brushes to protect against weather and clean the piston rods. 5-way control block for operating the diagonal loading device as well as sliding roof folding mechanism, incl. tarpaulin flap cover. 1 set of vessel bottom supports with height-adjustable pads for various vessel diameters, incl. storage. 1 piece forward stop protection for diagonal plate—forward securing. Inside reinforced with 3 mm aluminum sheet approx. 630 mm high from the floor as a base rubbing strip. 2 fixed front volume corner posts approx. 2,400 mm high, 3 pairs of Kinnegrip intermediate posts approx. 600 mm high with Kinnetop up to approx. 2,000 mm, 1 pair of insertable rear corner posts incl. internal reinforcement up to first slat row, aluminum hollow profile approx. 600 mm high, foldable and removable. With integrated tarpaulin bow niche and 2 rows of tarpaulin bows. EDSCHA sliding roof frame in straight design for full tarpaulin Edscha Profi 95 with steel scissor hinges. Roof mechanically adjustable.
