Chassis of Semi-Trailer
Proven HANGLER welded construction made of high-quality steel with tapering UP-welded longitudinal beams towards the front. Neck height of the frame: 120 mm, with double central web. Z-profile cross members punched through the longitudinal beams with floor boards (greater spacing) and welded special side frame. Two kingpins in accordance with DIN 74080, replaceable, with sloped wear plate at the front, made of high-grade sheet steel. EU front swing radius: 2,040 mm. Wear plate runs seamlessly from the fifth wheel plate to the front panel *internally welded*.

Hydraulic slant loading device with 4 cross beams: Hydraulic supply via tractor unit using a 2-line pump system (feed and return), with dual Faster coupling installed on the front bulkhead (hoses connected from below with Faster coupling).
Slant loading beams (FR 180x100x8 mm) with integrated extension, height-lockable. Multistage hydraulic cylinders, each beam with gimbal mounting. Including supports – adjustable – with bolt lock under loading platform. 5-way control block for operating the slant loading device and for the sliding roof folding mechanism. 1 set of vessel head mountings with height-adjustable support pins for different vessel head diameters, including a rack. 1 proximity guard for slant plate – for forward safety!
