Açıklama

1 overhauled table polishing machine / table polishing automaton, make HAU, model T1500 (maximum workpiece length 1500 mm), equipped with 1 polishing station model PES/3 and a control cabinet.

The table has been disassembled, inspected for damages (defective parts replaced), cleaned, and repainted. The guide shafts have been newly fitted with bearings and a new gearbox has been installed.

1 polishing station model PES/3, 11 kW (pneumatic lift, 100 mm oscillation AND motorized height adjustment). Maximum wheel width: 400 mm, maximum wheel diameter: 400 mm.
The station has been completely disassembled, inspected for damages (defective parts replaced), cleaned, and repainted. The polishing shaft has been completely re-bushed, including the running bush bearing. The oscillation mechanism has also been fully resealed. New motor, pulleys, and drive belt installed.

1 new control cabinet for operating the above-mentioned unit. Table speed and polishing wheel speed adjustable via frequency converter.
