For sale due to the acquisition of a new machine: our reliable edge banding machine, purchased new in 2016. The machine was operated in an 8-person carpentry workshop. It underwent a complete overhaul in January 2025. New radius scrapers, new milling tools, and new polishing discs were installed. The pre-milling unit was sharpened. The glue roller coupling was replaced. The glue pot was fully refurbished and cleaned.

The machine is suitable for both EVA granulate (e.g., Henkel Dorus KS351) and PUR gluing.

Pre-milling depth, edge banding material thickness, and the upper and lower milling tool positions can be conveniently adjusted from outside the machine housing via handwheels.

The controller allows you to save custom edging programs.

For 0.4 and 2.0 mm edge banding, pneumatic adjustment is performed from the program.
