2 pressure beams with selective pressure adjustment system – CSD® system

Continuously adjustable pressure of individual pressure elements for single or multi-workpiece feed. Spacing: 32 mm. Compensation for workpiece tolerances up to 2 mm by maintenance-free pressure magnets. Working width as well as the start and end of sanding for the pressure beam are set electronically.

Pressure elements are activated by electro-lifting magnets, which continuously adjust the force of each sanding pad as the workpiece passes through the machine. This innovative CSD® technology guarantees a consistently even contact pressure according to pad coverage on the workpiece. The risk of sanding through on edges is virtually eliminated due to this dynamic and continuous pressure force regulation.
