Clamping, separating, and face grinding in a single action
This machine features two parallel grinding spindles: one for parting and one for precision face grinding to final dimensions. The required workpiece length can be precisely set to 0.01 mm accuracy using the scale.

Prism clamp open: Move the central lever to the right and insert the workpiece
Prism clamp close: Move the lever to the left
Separation: Move the left lever upwards
Finishing: Move the left lever downwards
Prism clamp open: Move the lever to the center and right to remove the finished workpiece.

The grinding wheel can be adjusted and dressed at any time without affecting the preset dimension.

Equipped with motor protection, cover switch, and restart protection

Operation without clamping handle:
The machine is supplied with two stop rulers (300 & 600 mm):
Maximum finished workpiece length: 300 mm or 600 mm
