With this machine, you can mill slots for, e.g., lock cases and similar items, or produce all types of frame dowel joints at right angles, butt joints, and miter joints.
Ideal for producing dowel joints in timber frame construction, furniture, door, window, and staircase construction, and for similar applications.
The drilling unit can be pivoted on both sides up to 65° and has a detent at 0°; this allows the machine to also be used to drill handrail posts into staircase stringers.
The 2 speed ranges allow drills with large diameters to be used without overheating during drilling.
Due to the detents and stops and the machine's design, dowel joints can be produced in a very short time, making the machine very economical.
The machine requires a compressed air connection of 6 bar (the air consumption is very low).
Right-hand rotation.
Mills and drills very well and cleanly.
Workpiece clamping is done with 2 pneumatic clamping cylinders via a foot pedal.
The linear laser at the top of the machine allows marked dowel holes and angles to be drilled quickly and accurately.
Comes with a precision 12mm guide rail with a center detent and 13 detents on the left and right.
Working travel in width: max. 330mm
The max. borehole height is 90mm.
The max. borehole depth is 200mm with stop.
The max. workpiece height is 150mm.
Everything functions perfectly.
Comes with manual.
We will personally deliver and demonstrate the machine anywhere in Germany for €220.00, so you have no risk when purchasing; delivery to Austria and other countries is also possible upon request.
The machine table is 1100mm wide and 250mm deep.
Professional equipment, not cheap hardware store junk.
You can start working with the machine immediately.
Very stable and durable construction.
The precision guides with the play-free ball bearing bushings are in good condition and move smoothly; the pivoting mechanism is also very smooth due to a ball bearing; locking is possible with a locking screw.
