The company DDG INSOLVENCY I.P.U.R.L., headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, Str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County, VAT ID RO27987796, registration no.: 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian acting as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, with its registered office in Dej, Str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj County, registered with the Trade Register attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique identification code 36225390, appointed in this position by Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 issued by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

is organising a public auction with ascending price bidding for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement.

The first auction will take place on 11.02.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. office in Cluj-Napoca, Str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj County. If the asset is not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 18.02.2026, 25.02.2026, 04.03.2026, 11.03.2026, and 18.03.2026, under the same conditions and at the same time.

For asset viewing, the judicial liquidator will set a viewing date on 04.02.2026 between 10:00 and 14:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator in advance to express their intention to attend the viewing.

Upon awarding, the judicial liquidator will issue a tax invoice for the value of the awarded asset(s). The price will be converted into RON at the BNR (National Bank of Romania) exchange rate valid on the date of invoice issuance.
The bid increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction documentation, required for participation, will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with industry practice. It will contain the auction rules and will be made available by the insolvency practitioner at a price of 500 RON + VAT for assets up to €5,000, and 1,000 RON + VAT for assets over €5,000. The documentation can be purchased at the liquidator's office or by phone and will be sent to the participant by email.

The auction participation guarantee is set at 10% of the starting price. This, together with the auction registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours prior to the auction date at the liquidator’s office. The auction guarantee will be deducted from the purchase price for successful bidders and will be refunded to participants who are not declared winners.

In the case of equal bids, the asset will be awarded to the bidder who undertakes to pay the full purchase price in the shortest time frame.

The deadline for payment shall be 5 working days from the moment of awarding. If the balance of the price is not paid, the awarded party will forfeit the guarantee and will be barred from participating in future auctions.
