Short heating time for the GlueJet adhesive system (GJ 301 automatic), approx. 2 to 3 minutes depending on adhesive type and ambient temperature. Always fresh adhesive thanks to the GlueJet application system and adhesive cartridges. The exchange of PUR adhesive and cleaning of the system is extremely simple and can be completed in just a few minutes.

Axis adjustment via high-precision, repeat-accurate servo motors. Special features for materials with protective film, like high-gloss and super-matt surfaces!

One of the absolute highlights of this machine is the multifunction package, which demonstrates its strengths in operations with a wide range of edge materials. The DIA tools are multi-stage and can switch between radii and chamfers depending on requirements—from longitudinal milling units to corner copy cutters and profile scraper blades.
