Table openings preconfigured lengthwise and crosswise. Mechanical set consisting of profile guides incl. profile guide carriages, ball screw, and precision rack and pinion. All components mounted and pre-lubricated, including test run—immediately ready for operation.

Control set consisting of control cables, energy chains, planetary gearbox, stepper motors, high-performance amplifiers, power supply unit, and toroidal transformer, fully pre-installed in the control cabinet, as well as sensors for each axis. Brush seals for dust protection, as well as safety devices in compliance with CE thanks to a traveling extraction unit and a laser scanner mounted on one side for work area monitoring, with 275° and 5.5m scanning area. (Machine positioning in a corner of the room)

Handheld control with all functions required to operate the machine, including emergency stop button and dead man's switch. Tool length sensor for determining tool length and changing the active zero point offset. High-frequency spindle with 2.2 kW, including union nut, frequency inverter, line filter, brake resistor, and collet set. Built-in monitor, including mini PC with Windows 10, control software Beamicon2, mouse, and keyboard, pre-installed in an ergonomic desk. Vacuum table: Milling bed constructed as a vacuum table, consisting of four adjustable segments. Cross table made of PE with a cover plate. Vacuum pump from Becker with a capacity of 100m³/h, oil-lubricated. For connecting the vacuum pump, a plug for alternating current 16 Amps, 400 V is required. Customer must provide HDF 3mm, raw on both sides, for the entire vacuum table (2500x1300mm) as a sacrificial plate. (Recommended application: machining coated chipboard materials)

Grease gun 150 ml, one cartridge of high-performance grease 400 g, spray can of silicone grease 500 ml, one lubricating nipple including hose piece and 30mm face mill with indexable inserts.

Pneumatic unit: consisting of four cylinders, throttle check valve, push-in fittings, angle push-in fittings, silencer ports, filter regulator, push-fit distributor, PE hose, and mounts, for use in a pre-configured table opening (for face-edge processing). If pneumatics are required for both table openings, the position must be calculated twice. (Note: Compressor must be provided by the customer)
