Console Table / Vacuum System
- 2 independently operating shuttle tables in Y-direction (2 Y-axes)
- Both shuttles can be used synchronously for machining large workpieces (single operation)
- 6 adjustable consoles per shuttle (total 12), each with 1 longitudinal stop in the front. Each console equipped with a lift rail mounted laterally to the consoles
- Console length 1340 mm
- 3 retractable side stops, 2 x left, 1 x right (mirror)
- Approx. 20 vacuum blocks 160x140 mm
- 2 vacuum pumps, capacity 100/140 m³/h, 1 x for left field, 1 x for right field

Milling Spindle / Units / Tool Changer
- Main spindle 7.5 kW (S6 or S1 operation), n max = 18,000 rpm, vector-controlled
- HSK F63 tool interface
- Liquid cooling with temperature control
- NOTE: Main spindle was renewed in 2021.
- C-axis with changing interface for aggregates
- Auxiliary spindle with permanently mounted gluing unit (own X and C axis), 360° gluing, with butt-joint gluing
- Dual edge roll magazine, automatic edge change
- Permanently installed drilling head with 12 vertical spindles (individually selectable) / 6 spindles in X and 7 spindles in Y direction, drive motor 4 kW, 4,500 – 6,000 rpm
- 18-position tool changer (carousel type)
- Saw and cross-cut unit for tool changer
- Drill-milling unit with 4 spindles (2 in X, 2 in Y direction)
- Combined flush-trimming and scraper unit
