Easy operation thanks to a fully automatic cleaning process, allowing skilled personnel to focus on other important tasks. The wash tank is filled with a mixture of water and water-soluble IBS special cleaner (washing solution). The soiled items are placed in the rotating wash basket and the lid is closed. After setting the desired washing temperature and time, the unit is started and the solution in the tank is heated. Inside the sealed unit, the basket rotates at a constant speed on its own axis. The pump units draw the washing solution from the tank and deliver it through 6 stainless steel spray pipes with overlapping flat jet nozzles. During the uniform rotation of the motor-driven basket, the items to be cleaned are intensively sprayed from all sides with the hot solution.

Once the cleaning cycle is complete, the unit switches off automatically.
