We are offering this used continuous IR drying oven for pad printing on aluminum wheels, manufactured by IBT.InfraBioTech GmbH, year of manufacture 2021.

Description and Intended Use
This machine is designed for drying decorative prints (pad printing) on aluminum wheels. The wheels are conveyed through the system in 4 cycle steps: 1 Loading / unloading, 2–3 IR heating, 4 Convection cooling.
The wheel surfaces are gradually heated in the system to a maximum temperature of 250°C. This dries the applied coatings. When using solvent-based coatings, only small quantities of solvent may be introduced into the system! The maximum limit is 10 g of solvent per hour. Safe operation is ensured when the exhaust system operates simultaneously. Afterwards, the wheels are cooled down to temperatures below 60°C.

The machine has been professionally dismantled into its component parts by the manufacturer and divided into several packages. The individual parts are packed on pallets and ready for shipping. All documentation is available.

The buyer purchases the equipment as inspected, with any warranty for material defects excluded.
The seller is also not liable for any claims for damages—regardless of legal grounds—unless the seller, its legal representatives, or agents have committed gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The seller hereby assigns any existing claims from material defect liability against the manufacturer, its suppliers, or other third parties to the buyer.
