Fully Automatic Solvent Cleaning System KP50 HMA
For operation with solvents (hydrocarbons or modified alcohol) under full vacuum.

The cleaning and drying process is carried out fully automatically in a closed work chamber under vacuum. Component cleaning is performed by spraying, turbulence flooding, ultrasonic cleaning, and vacuum-assisted cleaning with freshly filtered and distilled solvent from the two storage tanks. Additionally, vapor degreasing with ultra-pure solvent vapor directly from the main distillation unit is possible. Final vacuum drying ensures 100% dry parts, and the double condensation stage results in minimal solvent loss and the lowest emission and AGW values.
