WORKS CARRIED OUT DURING THE LINE MODERNIZATION BY EUROMAQUINA IN 2019

· Complete disassembly for general inspection and cleaning of each line component.
· Final paint touch-ups.
· Electrical disassembly of each component.
· Inspection of components for defects.
· General inspection of motors.
· Conductivity and brush cleanliness checked on DC motors, etc. Non-repairable motors were replaced.
· Mechanical assembly of the line components.
· Assembly of components that required replacement due to defective parts.
· Inspection of hydraulic cylinders with seal replacement. Cleaning and painting.
· General inspection of hydraulic motors. Cleaning and painting.
· General inspection of hydraulic power units. Cleaning and painting.
· General inspection of pneumatic cylinders and solenoid valves.
· Replacement of defective hydraulic pipes.
· Replacement of pneumatic pipes.
· Replacement of all cabling onboard the machine.
· Replacement or repainting of defective electrical boxes on the machine.
