Often, the extraction systems installed on machinery for coolant recovery are either not sufficiently efficient or not installed at all. Setup operations on machine tools, frequent opening of machine enclosures, or missing housings at machining heads can result in oil mist escaping the machine area and entering workspaces, exposing employees to harmful mists and vapors.

Installing a ventilation tower significantly improves workplace air quality and should be considered an ideal complement to industrial hall filtration ventilation – particularly where complete separation of oil mist via coolant recovery systems is not possible or difficult to achieve.

Automatic room air and temperature monitoring.

An innovative PLC control system compares data and detects threshold exceedances at workplaces or heat buildup directly at the hall ceiling, automatically regulating temperature and air quality.
