Industrial hall air filtration – designed for various technological processes in manufacturing plants, primarily metalworking operations.

Often, extraction systems with coolant recovery installed directly on machines are not sufficiently effective, or are simply not present. Retooling machines, frequent opening of their enclosures, or lack of enclosure around machining heads leads to oil mist escaping beyond the machine area, exposing workers to inhalation of harmful mists and vapours.

Installing a ventilation tower significantly improves the air quality in the workplace and should be seen as an ideal filtration supplement in industrial halls where complete separation of oil mist through coolant recovery equipment is impossible or very difficult to achieve.

Automated air and temperature control in the workspace.

An innovative PLC control system compares environmental data, detects any exceedance of threshold values in the workplace, monitors heat accumulation directly beneath the hall ceiling, and automatically regulates temperature and air quality.
