Frame
Standard ladder-type frame made of lightweight steel construction with inserted cross members. Chassis frame with camber. Coupling plate approx. 8 mm thick, fitted with a 2-inch kingpin according to DIN 74080 / ISO 337.

Chassis
For indivisible loads, an increase in the permitted gross train weight is allowed. Axle lift mechanism on axle 1; fully automatic, load-dependent axle lift control. Make as per Kögel’s choice. Three-axle unit with disc brakes, diameter approx. 430 mm, inset depth approx. 120 mm. Air suspension with approx. 180 mm stroke.

Tyres
Wheels with internal sensors according to UN ECE R141. Six 385/65 R 22.5 UNIROYAL TH 50 tyres. Six steel rims 22.5 x 11.75, inset depth approx. 120 mm (ET 120).

Chassis Attachments
Landing legs (make as per Kögel’s choice), mechanical with compensating foot, lifting capacity approx. 24 t. Single-side operation on the right in the direction of travel. Spray suppression system according to Regulation (EU) No. 109/2011. 1 pair of quarter-circle mudguards in front of the axles. 1 pair of straight mudguards with spray flaps between axles 1 and 2. 1 pair of quarter-circle mudguards with spray flaps behind the axles. 2 wheel chocks with holders. Side guard to ECE-R73. 2 waterproof plastic toolboxes, internal dimensions approx. 545 x 400 x 400 mm, fitted at the rear (1 left, 1 right). Rear access ladder, extendable, right side. High, rigid rear underrun guard, steel, according to ECE-R58. Each: 1 pair of extendable marker boards for over-width loads, retro-reflective red/white, with LED lighting, spiral cable, and plug connector, located at the front and rear of the vehicle.

Brake / Air Suspension System
32110.057 EBS system 2S/2M with stability program (includes ABS/ALB functions), EBS plug connection ISO 7638 (without connection lines), parking brake as spring-actuated brake, external pneumatic connections and external EBS diagnostic connection via ISO 7638 plug. EBS system (make as per Kögel’s choice). Air suspension system incl. 1 raise/lower valve, fitted on the left behind the axle assembly, ride height adjusts automatically. 2 mistake-proof coupling heads at the front, ISO 1728. Air tanks for the brake system and air supply made of steel (EN 286-2).

Floor
Panel floor approx. 30 mm thick, perimeter-sealed. Stake pockets for square tube stakes approx. 80 x 80 mm; layout as per drawing J9: 8 stake pocket bars (18 pockets each, 4 outside + 10 center per bar).

Front Wall
Storage for up to 14 square tube stakes, approx. 80 x 80 mm (length approx. 1,990 mm) inside the front wall. Front wall approx. 2,000 mm high with steel volume corner posts, profiled steel sheet, bolted/riveted to frame. 2 pairs of lashing rings (permissible lashing capacity approx. 1,000 kg per ring) at the bulkhead to EN 12640.

Side Wall
VarioFix steel perforated external frame. 24 pairs of lashing rings in the outer frame (per EN 12640), permissible tensile force approx. 5,000 kg per ring.

Bumper Protection
1 pair of steel bump stops approx. 160x85x85mm mounted to the outside of the rear frame closure. Crosswise galvanized steel angle as forklift protection and center cam lock protector, fitted on the rear frame closure.

Electrical / Electronics
Steel light bracket mounted above underrun guard. KÖGEL LUXIMA premium package. 2 multi-chamber tail lights with integrated LED contour lights with arm. Permanently mounted adapter box with 2 x 7-pin sockets (1 x ISO 1185 / 1 x ISO 3731, 24 V-N / ...
