Chassis and Attachments
Welded steel frame construction.
Interchangeable 2” kingpin (EU standard mounting dimensions, suitable for air-suspended 2-axle tractor unit with unladen fifth wheel height 1,130–1,250 mm; *overall height must be observed, maximum rear turning radius at truck 1,900 mm). Rear equipped with 2 large rubber dock bumpers and flat bar underrun protection both transverse and vertical. 1 retractable rear access step on the right side, mechanical 24 t landing legs with single-sided operation, low-maintenance, 4 short PVC mudguards, rear with splash flaps, underrun protection = bumper, side underrun protection, longitudinal license plate holder, 2 wheel chocks.

Air suspension axle assembly with low-maintenance axles, 3 x 9 t rigid, wheelbase 2 x 1,310 mm with 430 mm disc brakes, air suspension with lift and lower function.

Side Walls
Fixed aluminium hollow profile front wall at roof height. Rear double doors spanning full cargo height with 2 internal locking rods per door and Sea-Lok gasket. PVC sliding curtains with integrated horizontal and vertical strap reinforcements on both sides, including lower securing straps with hooks and stainless steel tension locks, as well as front and rear rod locks; tension gear at the front.

Posts and Stanchions
2 fixed front corner stanchions at roof height, slightly protruding laterally, 6 central stanchions approximately at roof height, can be folded or moved across the entire bridge length. Rear bolted steel portal for double doors, top crossbeam with Edscha sliding roof system, forward movable. 3 rows of 25 mm slat pockets, 1st row at the bottom at 460 mm, then 3 x 100 mm; intervals approx. 160/450/450 mm (without slats).

Roof Frame
Sliding roof frame, collectable to the front, compact when retracted in the load area, no slope, with vertical and horizontal guide rollers to prevent jamming, both sides with special aluminium running rail profiles for sliding curtains and stanchions. Construction height approx. 100 mm or approx. 120 mm with upward-bent PVC sealing lip. PVC curtain roof, customs seal not included but with customs cord.
