Fully hydraulic high-performance bandsaw in heavy-duty design, with a horizontally and parallel-traversing saw band, for cutting profiles, pipes, and solid material of all types, including extremely difficult-to-machine materials (e.g. titanium, Inconel, Hastelloy). Suitable for the use of bi-metal and carbide-tipped saw bands.

The saw unit is manufactured as a solid monoblock from polymer concrete, ensuring maximum running smoothness and saw band life.

Guidance of the saw unit via one vertical and one round column guide (double-column guide) with hardened and ground guide rails. Hydraulic saw band tensioning and hydraulically preloaded carbide saw band guides.

Material clamping is performed by two hydraulic vices. The machine features user-friendly operation. Cutting length is entered via the handwheel with 0.1 mm resolution. Quantity setting is done via a piece counter; once the preset quantity is reached, the machine shuts off automatically. Material feed is provided by a feed cylinder, ensuring maximum cutting precision. The machines are easy to operate and work fully automatically.
