KASTO twin A2

The KASTOtwin A2 is a fully hydraulic production bandsaw, designed for reliable and continuous operation. The machine is suitable for sawing both solid materials and tubes or profiles, from easy to hard-to-cut materials.

Thanks to its modern linear guides and robust construction, the KASTOtwin A2 is renowned for its high stability and long service life, even under heavy-duty use.

A key distinguishing feature of this machine is the double bearing of the driven band wheel. This provides optimal support, less wear, and consistently high cut quality — exactly where KASTO sets itself apart.

The machine is supplied as standard with a Compact Control system, allowing sawing jobs to be easily programmed. Multiple lengths and quantities can be preset, after which the machine runs fully automatically and stops once the desired batch quantity is reached.

With a cutting capacity of approximately 260 x 260 mm, steplessly adjustable blade speed, and hydraulic clamping force control, the KASTOtwin A2 is ideal for both single-piece and series production.

The combination of frequency-controlled drive, blade breakage protection, and KASTO’s proven universal hydraulics ensures a stable sawing process, long blade life, and low maintenance costs.
