Concrete Distributor with Gantry Crane

Intended Use:
The concrete distributor is designed for loading formwork pallets with concrete. It is suitable for processing concretes with consistency classes F1-F5.

Longitudinal Travel Gear:
The longitudinal travel gear is a welded steel structure equipped with 4 running wheels, 2 of which are driven by a gearbox. Power supply is provided via a Vahle conductor rail (Vahle rail not included in the scope of delivery).

Transverse Travel Gear:
The transverse travel gear is a welded steel structure equipped with 4 running wheels. The transverse travel gear travels on the longitudinal travel gear and is fitted with a carriage guide for lowering the bucket for concrete intake.

Bucket:
Two carriages are bolted to the bucket, each housing a hydraulic cylinder for lowering the bucket (1,250 mm) for concrete filling. The bucket is filled via a side-mounted hopper. Two inspection and cleaning hatches are located at the lower end of the bucket.

Spiked Roller:
The spiked roller is powered by a variable hydraulic motor. This allows use both as a dosing aid and to prevent bridge formation. Speed and rotation are adjustable via the control panel.

Shutter Valves:
Consist of 12 individual gates, which can be operated individually or in three groups. Opening/closing is performed by hydraulic cylinders. Each gate provides a discharge width of 150 mm, total discharge width is 1,800 mm. The flow rate can be adjusted by an additional cylinder (adjustable from 35 mm to 110 mm). The discharge opening can be regulated accordingly.

Distributor and Gantry Control:
The operator controls the concrete distributor directly from the unit.
