For sale: KOCH end trimming machine for rapid and precise cutting of furniture components, especially drawer sides.

This machine guarantees clean, tear-free, defect-free edge cuts — a solution significantly faster than trimming on panel saws.

Key features and specifications:

The top saws are used for manufacturing ready-to-assemble drawer ribbons (finished components). Example: A 640 mm-long component is aligned/truncated from above and then divided into 3 sections, so after adding the front and bottom you receive a complete drawer without the need for further fabrication of side panels.

Performance
For a sample drawer side 350 x 100 mm:

- Approx. 25,000–30,000 pieces per shift (very high efficiency)
