Structural description:
The 25-tape core winding machine for producing paper tubes consists of the following components:

Unwinder – made of shaped tubes protected with anti-corrosion powder coating. The unwinder has the ability to move on adjustable swivel wheels controlled from the operator panel.

Cascade adhesive applicator with pneumatic brakes, scrapers, and adhesive heater, distinguished by the ability to adjust tape guiding, braking, and adhesive film thickness. Adhesive supply is controlled by a membrane pump, and the entire system is controlled by a computer managing the operation.

Forming section – consists of a steel body protected with powder coating, inside which the control system is located, a swivel arm with drums driven by 3 roller gearboxes with a total power of 3 x 15 kW. The drive arm has a reading of the swivel angle and longitudinal position, as well as a pneumatic belt tensioning system. The body has a replaceable "cold" mandrel for forming the cores with a standardized socket, and a guide tube with a counter-knife.

Multi-blade cutting system – the cutting system body is a separate part of the core winding machine. Linear guides for the movement of the cutting unit are mounted on the body. Inside the body, the following drives are mounted: - servo drive for driving the circular knives of the cutting system - servo drive with planetary gearbox for moving the cutting unit - servo drive for retracting the counter-knife - servo drive for lowering the knife bar with 5 cutting modules.
