Meltio Engine – 1.2 kW laser power, 976nm wavelength, multiple 200W direct diode lasers – Power supply 400V, 2-5kW. Equipped with active water cooling.

For wire diameters from 0.8–1.2mm. Advanced control module for equipping existing robotic systems with Meltio technology. 390x660x1000mm – 90kg. Transform any motion platform into a metal 3D printing system within the corresponding size constraints.

Meltio Engine Dual Wire – Dual wire welding system for processing different materials in the welding head.

Meltio Engine Hot Wire – Inductive wire preheating.

Meltio Powder Feeder, 2x with USB connection. Can be used individually.

Enables users to precisely and easily calibrate the Meltio multi-laser deposition head before each print.

KUKA KR30 with 2100mm reach, 6-axis robot incl. KRC4 controller and robot control panel – rated payload: 30kg.

KUKA DKP400 rotary-tilt table – load capacity 400kg.
