Key features:

• Technology: Fused Layer Modeling (FLM) / Fused Filament Fabrication.
• Sterile environment: It is the only extrusion platform that integrates a clean/sterile environment with thermal control and laminar airflow to prevent any contamination during printing.
• Compatible materials: Designed to process high-performance and biocompatible polymers such as:
• PEEK and PEKK
• PPSU (Radel®)
• PEI, PLLA, PLGA, PCL, PDO
• Filled variants (carbon fibers, tricalcium phosphate/BCP).
• Medical applications: Manufacturing of customized medical devices and small batches directly in the hospital or at the point of care:
• Cranio-maxillofacial implants
• Bone plates and trauma plates
