Pelletizing plant for a wide range of materials such as wood, miscanthus, agricultural by-products and waste (hay, straw, corn stover, etc.), animal feed, and more.

This is a complete, compact plant mounted on a base frame, comprising the following components:

- Raw material storage hopper, 4 m³, including agitator
- Hammer mill with 22 kW drive power for shredding the raw material (e.g. wood chips)
- Inclined mixer for raw materials, including level sensors and fully automatic moisture dosing
- Dosing bin for pressing aids (e.g. corn starch)
- Dosing screw conveyor for optimal feed of material to the press (speed regulated)
- Pellet press with 30 kW drive power, featuring horizontal ring die, discharge chute, temperature monitoring, overload protection, and more
- Conveyor belt for pellet discharge, discharge height approx. 2.5 m
- Drum screen for dedusting and cooling of the pellets

The entire plant is centrally operated via Siemens PLC with touch display! All parameters are continuously monitored so that the plant will shut down automatically in case of any malfunction!

The plant is already prepared for operation with a second press!
