Pelletizing plant suitable for a wide range of materials, such as wood, miscanthus, agricultural by-products and waste (hay, straw, corn straw, etc.), and animal feed.

This is a complete system mounted on a base frame, consisting of the following components:
- Raw material storage hopper 4 m³ including agitator. The hopper was expanded with wooden panels to approx. 3-4 m³ capacity.
- Intermediate conveyor screw to the hammer mill
- 11 kW hammer mill for shredding wood chips or other materials
- Inclined mixer for material homogenization with integrated moisture measurement, dosing, and level monitoring
- Dosing hopper for press additives feeds into the inclined mixer
- Dosing screw for optimum material feeding to the press (speed-controlled)
- 15 kW press including full indicator, temperature monitoring, and discharge chute
- Conveyor belt to the dedusting screen
- Dedusting screen with material discharge at a height of 3 m
The plant is designed for easy expansion with a second 15 kW press.
The entire system is centrally controlled via Siemens PLC with touch display. All operating parameters are monitored, and the press will shut down automatically in the event of a malfunction.
Remote monitoring and control from any PC is also possible.
