Bottom Scoring Saw
This unit is used for balancing groove machining on the lower edge of processed lamellae with a width over 200 mm. The saw blade is clamped with a flange directly onto a flat motor. Horizontal feed is via pneumatic cylinder, scoring travel approx. 150 mm (moving within the interval between boards; activation by movable spot detector). The adjustment zone is set manually. The travel distance can be read on the counter. Vertical feed is via pneumatic cylinder, scoring travel approx. 30 mm (allows fast changeover during machining between lamellae with/without balancing grooves). End-stop (grooving depth) is set manually. The travel distance is indicated on the counter. Lamellae must be fed into the machine individually, one piece at a time (not pushed in sequence).
