LEEC P33 Mk 11 Proportional Temperature Controller (Precision Incubator)

This unit is a microprocessor-based PID (Proportional‑Integral‑Derivative) temperature controller, designed to deliver exceptionally stable temperature regulation within the LEEC P33 Precision Incubator.

Key Features & Performance

Highly Accurate Regulation: Maintains temperature within ±0.1 °C at 37 °C—ideal for sensitive biological and laboratory applications.

Dual Temperature Display: Clearly shows both the user-set "target" and the current "actual" temperature on a digital LED display, with indicators for when heating is active.

Proportional (PID) Control: Employs PID control through low-wattage heating elements profiled to avoid hot spots. This ensures smooth transitions and precise thermal stability.

Fast Recovery & Uniformity:

Recovery Time: Approximately 6 minutes to return to set temperature after door opening.

Uniformity: Achieves ±1.0 °C variation across the chamber.

Fan-Assisted Circulation: Twin fans create gentle, full-width airflow; fans automatically shut off when the door opens to reduce heat loss.

Safety Cut-Out: A digitally adjustable over-temperature safety cut-out prevents accidental overheating; visual indicators and alarms streamline monitoring.
