Açıklama

The EM TXP is a unique device developed for the precise preparation of a wide range of materials and material composites with extremely localized, minor defects. It is specifically designed for sawing, milling, grinding, and polishing demanding, small, and unwieldy specimens, where the work process can be observed using a stereo microscope, and the final examination in a scanning electron microscope (SEM) or light microscope can be carried out without interrupting individual work steps.

The EM TXP also offers an excellent solution for the pre-preparation of materials that are to be subjected to bevel cross-sectioning using an ion polishing system.
