Açıklama
The line was manufactured in 2010. We have scheduled modernization for the year 2021.
ZEMAN CZS LINE – SPECIFICATIONS
The fully automatic "PURLIN" line, ZEMAN’s flagship product, is designed for the production of open, cold-formed profiles such as C-, Z-, and Sigma-profiles in various widths and shapes. This is made possible by fully automatic adjustment of the profiling rollers. The raw material can be coils with a width of up to 750 mm and sheets with a thickness from 1.25 mm to 3 mm in quality grade S-390 or lower. The machine is designed for the manufacture of components up to 15 meters long. The width of the specially hardened profiling rollers can be infinitely adjusted via dedicated software. A fully integrated punching unit creates all types of fastening holes. The entire process runs continuously; that is, the material is not stopped for individual operations such as punching or cross-cutting. To ensure high production efficiency, the line speed is dynamically optimized. The machine decelerates and accelerates automatically without operator intervention.
A decoiler with a maximum working load of 15 tons is mounted on a carriage, enabling precise centering of the material strip before feeding it to the straightening machine.
The straightening machine, together with a sickle-straightening system, ensures the required flatness of the sheet and reduces the sickle shape on the conveyor belt.
2. Punching Section
This section features five double, "flying" punching portals, which can be equipped with 20 small (up to 40 mm) or 10 large (up to 100 mm) tooling units (punches and dies) for punching fastening holes. A combination of these tools is also possible.

3. Pre-cut Shear
A "flying" shear is used for pre-cutting the holes for the final cutting shear. This procedure maintains material continuity and results in more precise profile shapes, especially at the beginning and end of the strip. It is an adaptive guillotine that adjusts the width of the hole to be cut according to the width of the sheet strip.
4. Guide Carriage/SIGMA Modules
The guide carriage centers the sheet strip before it enters the roll forming machine. It is interchangeable with the module for manufacturing Sigma profiles. To produce S+ profiles, the guide carriage is removed and two Sigma modules are inserted. These modules position themselves fully automatically and independently on the left and right.
6. Rotary Cut-Off Saw
The rotary cut-off saw with hook knives separates the finished profile from the strip. It utilizes the holes produced by the pre-shear. It is a "flying" cut-off saw, so the sheet does not stop during the cutting operation. Depending on the desired profile, a correspondingly aligned cutting cassette is used.
7. Discharge Table
The discharge table is used for the automatic unloading of finished profiles from the roller conveyor. The elements are then manually grouped into a bundle. The design allows easy bundling of the package. The table is designed to accommodate profiles up to 15 meters long and allows access by forklift or overhead crane to pick up the profile bundle.
