The saw frame is made of high-strength, forged steel and is fully machined on all sides. The massive welded steel construction of the side stand is stress-relieved annealed to ensure absolute dimensional stability and reduced vibration.

Energy-Efficient Frame Guide

The patented saw frame guiding system operates without continuous adhesive lubrication, reducing energy consumption and simplifying maintenance.

Roller and Feed Technology

The feed rollers are split down the center and can be quickly replaced.

With a pressure gauge and pressure control valves, the roller pressure can be precisely adjusted.

A robust synchronized shaft (MULLER system) ensures uniform lifting and lowering of the upper rollers.

Drive and Safety

The upper rollers are driven via slip clutches, which protect against overload.
