Includes frequency inverter (FU) – regulates the speed of the scraper floor.

Bales are placed onto the scraper floor and the feed to the milling rotor is engaged. The rotor tines tear straw from the bale and propel it into the hopper. The combination of bale breaker and straw shredder is ideal for this process.

Description:
muetek Bale Breaker is designed for breaking up round and square bales of hay and straw. The shredder mounted to the bale breaker processes straw from all cereals, hay, maize, and miscanthus. The muetek MHZ/MHB series machines stand out due to their robust construction and heavy-duty design.

muetek Bale Breakers of the MHB series are equipped with a chain conveyor, onto which the straw bale is placed using a front loader. The support is adjustable according to bale type.

The chain conveyor pushes the bale against the milling rotor; feed speed is adjustable. The milling rotor is fitted with multiple teeth to break up the bale. The separated straw is then discharged.
