Our Granulator MVZ 7.5 is suitable for shredding thin-walled plastic components or for secondary size reduction of wood chips. More details available after a test run with your material.

Our granulators are used for processing a wide variety of materials such as plastics or wood. Shredders and granulators are suitable for a broad range of size reduction tasks.

For example, injection moulding machines often produce reject parts and sprues that need to be reprocessed. At blow moulding machines, besides rejects, there are also waste pieces and start-up purges. Suitable for processing various blow-moulded materials such as PET bottles, PE/PP bottles, canisters or buckets, and pipes.

Material is fed from above through a hopper into the granulator’s grinding chamber. The internal rotor is equipped with cutting knives. Material is cut between the rotating knives and the stationary knives inside the grinding chamber, until it has been reduced to the desired regrind size and falls through the screen located beneath the rotor. *Optional: the ground material is then typically transported pneumatically into big bags, silos, or other containers.

The price applies to the shredding plant as shown in picture 1 – fan, cyclone, and filter are optional extras.
