6 wheels with tires size 385/65 R22.5, manufacturer’s choice, mounted on Alcoa Ultra One aluminum rims, 11.75x 22.5 ET 120
Braking System:
EBS 4S/2M WABCO pneumatic braking system with RSS, compliant with standard 98/12/EC - ECE R13/09; brake wear indicator connected
Landing Gear:
Mechanical landing legs with two speeds, 2x 20t static load with pivoting foot

Electrical System:
All lights in LED design, 24-volt electrical installation consisting of: one 15-pin socket mounted in front of the saddle plate on the frame, yellow side marker lights as required, rear position lights, front marker lights, rear license plate lights, all compliant with standard 97/28/EC-2007/35/EC, two multi-chamber rear lights at the turntable mounting, in aluminum brackets (compliant with 97/28/EC-2007/35/EC), two rotatable LED work lights top left and right of the tank, yellow warning beacon at the rear near the hose tubes, 2x reversing lights on the underrun protection, 2x reversing lights near the landing legs (each switchable from the energy console)
Tank Construction:
Horizontal tank made from aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn), single-chamber tank, 35,000 liters volume, 24 months tank warranty from delivery, 2" kingpin as per standard 94/20/EC
Operating Parameters:
Pressure vessel per Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/EC; wall thickness approx. 5 mm; test pressure 3.0 bar – operating pressure 2.0 bar; operating temperature -40° to +80°
Filling Options:
3 manholes DN 450 with swing and folding dome covers; each cover sealed pressure-tight with 4 wing nuts; support for dome covers on top for storage; closed rain deflector at front, open at rear
Material Discharge:
2 material discharge cones with synthetic fabric loosening inserts; individual discharge pipelines DN 100, steel, routed to the rear; 2 pinch valves DN 100 AKO in the pipes; DN 100 ball valve with ring jet nozzle at the end; remote control for ball valve and Storz A coupling at the end of the discharge line
Air Piping:
A 2.5" stainless steel air distribution pipe mounted on the right operating side; air line routed to the front, up to end of silo with check valve and DN 65 connection hose for compressor with Storz B coupling; the air distribution pipe features ball valves for top air, auxiliary air, and loosening; top air 2" at rear right, PRESSURE INLET REAR RIGHT, external air connection Storz C at air pipe rear right; pneumatic connection with blow gun and spiral hose at upper walkway near climbing ladder; 1x vibrator on top of the tank; air line at walkway center top for cleaning with gun; air line in tool box below for cleaning with gun
Ladder and Access Equipment:
1 aluminum ladder mounted at rear left of the vehicle; 1 pneumatic aluminum safety scissor railing with lock system acting on the brake; 1 aluminum safety walkway
