Axles and Suspension:
Disc brakes 22.5" SAF axle units 3x 9t with air suspension. Axle spacing 2 x 1310 mm; raise and lower valve, loading pressure gauge on top of the tank, Wabco Smartboard, Wabco TPMS tire pressure monitoring, first axle liftable (without tractor unit equipment), third axle liftable with Wabco Optiturn.

Wheels and Tires:
6 wheels with 385/65 R22.5 tires, per manufacturer option, with Alcoa Dura-Bright aluminum rims 11.75x22.5 ET 120.

Braking System:
EBS 4S/2M WABCO pneumatic braking system with RSS, compliant with standard 98/12/CE - ECE R13/09, brake wear indicator connected.

Landing Gear:
Mechanical landing legs with two speeds, 2x 20t static load with swivel foot, rear with crank supports.

Electrical System:
All lights in LED design, 24-volt electrical installation consisting of: one 15-pin socket mounted in front of the fifth wheel on the chassis beam, yellow side marker lamps in prescribed quantity, rear position lamps, front clearance lamps, rear license plate lights, lights in accordance with standard 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 2 rear multi-chamber lamps mounted at the pivot point in aluminum brackets per 97/28/CE-2007/35/CE, 1 LED work lamp on the tank, yellow warning light at the rear mounted at hose pipe height, 2x reversing lights in the underrun protection, 2x reversing lights at the support level (each switchable from the energy console).

Tank Design:
A horizontal vessel made of aluminum alloy (AW5083 Peraluman 45 AlMg 4.5 Mn) is manufactured. A single-chamber vessel with 60,000 liters volume. Warranty for the vessel: 24 months from delivery.

Operating Parameters:
Pressure vessel in accordance with the Pressure Equipment Directive PED 97/23/CE. Wall thickness approx. 5 mm; test pressure 3.0 bar, operating pressure 2.0 bar, operating temperature -40° to +80° C.

Filling Options:
5 manholes DN 450 with pivoting and folding dome covers. The dome covers are pressure-tight sealed with 4 wing nuts each. Rubber support on top for dome cover storage. Rain guard closed at the front—open at the rear.

Material Discharge:
1 material discharge cone DN 800 made of stainless steel, foldable with stainless steel disc for flow aid. Discharge cone pivotable sideways, shut-off valve DN 150 with white gasket, connection: STORZ-A.

Air Piping:
One 2.5" stainless steel air manifold mounted on the RIGHT operating side; a stainless steel vent pipe (4") is mounted at the rear of the vessel. Air valves (shut-off valves) in stainless steel, top air hose and air connection hoses with 2" STORZ couplings, micron filter, vacuum valve on top of the vessel, 1x vibrator 1 m before the pivot point.

Ladder and Walkway:
1 aluminum ladder mounted at the rear left of the vehicle, 1 aluminum safety folding railing is deployable from below with a separate ladder folding section, secured when open, 1 aluminum safety grating runs along the top left side of the vessel, anti-slip coating on the vessel top.

Conveying Hose Storage:
4 hose tube containers, 5 m length DN 200 made from aluminum with 4 hoses DN 100 and STORZ couplings, hose container with compressor hose D.76
