Aluminium Circular Saw UK 600 HA 90°, Semi-Automatic
The semi-automatic circular saw UK 600 HA 90° is an “upcut” machine, primarily used for cutting profile materials made of cast aluminium, copper, and hard plastics (solid materials to a limited extent). This machine is characterized by its user-friendly operation and fast, convenient material changeover. Only 90° cuts are possible with this machine!

Saw feed is automatic via push-button operation, and material clamping is performed with two pneumatically controlled vertical and horizontal clamping cylinders each. The standard equipment includes a minimum-quantity lubrication system and an air blow gun for cleaning the machine! The machine is also equipped with connections for a chip extraction system. Optional features include a digital mitre angle display, a marking laser, and pneumatic hood lifting.

Operating Procedure:

1. Set the cutting angle 2. Insert the material 3. Adjust the stroke speed
4. Move the clamping cylinders up to 20 mm to the material 5. Clamp the material 6. Press the start button to ready the machine. 7. Press and hold both cutting buttons, the material is sawn. 8. After the cycle ends, release both cutting buttons and press the STOP button 9. Open the vice and remove or reposition the material
