Aluminum Circular Saw UK 650 HA, Semi-Automatic

The semi-automatic circular saw UK 650 HA is an “upcut” machine, primarily used for cutting profile materials made from cast aluminum, copper, and hard plastics (solid materials only to a limited extent). The machine is distinguished by its ease of use, quick and convenient material changeover, as well as simple mitre angle adjustment. The UK 650 HA features stepless mitre angle adjustment to the left and right up to 20° (swivel range twice 70°). Saw feed is automatic at the push of a button; material clamping is provided by two pneumatically operated vertical and two horizontal clamping cylinders. As standard, the machine comes equipped with a minimum quantity lubrication system and an air spray gun for cleaning the machine. Connections for a chip extraction system are available. Additionally, this machine can optionally be equipped with a digital mitre angle display, a scribing laser, and a pneumatic system for lifting the protective cover.

- Minimum quantity lubrication system with 2-liter reservoir
- Air gun for cleaning the machine
- Saw blade ø 650 mm

Operating Procedure
1. Set the cutting angle 2. Insert the material 3. Adjust the stroke speed
4. Move clamping cylinders to within approx. 20 mm of the material 5. Clamp the material 6. Press the Start button to make the machine ready for operation 7. Press and hold both SAW buttons to perform the cut 8. After the cycle, release both SAW buttons and press the STOP button 9. Open the vise and remove or advance the material
