The Rösler S1 from the S-Line is a compact multi-talent designed for demanding surface finishing applications. Originally developed for post-processing powder bed-based 3D printing, it automatically cleans, smooths, and homogenises components—quickly, reproducibly, and economically. At the same time, depending on the component and blasting media, the S1 is also ideally suited for conventional blasting tasks such as cleaning, descaling, deburring, or decorative surface finishing.

A special highlight is the integrated blasting media preparation system:
A cyclone separator and vibrating mesh sieve reliably remove debris, dust, and spent blasting media, so that only clean, effective media remains in circulation. This ensures consistently high blasting results and protects sensitive parts.

The integrated PLC control allows all relevant process parameters—such as blasting duration, pressure, or drum speed—to be saved within programs. These programs can be called up and adjusted at any time, ensuring reproducible blasting processes, minimal setup efforts during product changeover, and easy, safe operation even with frequent part changes.

Fast media changeover, together with the cyclone and vibrating mesh sieve, make the S1 a real all-rounder: The system can be quickly adapted for different materials, part geometries, and blasting tasks—from additively manufactured plastic and metal parts to conventional series production components.
