For sale is an as-new demonstration unit with only 72 operating hours. The RWT 1000-1 is a versatile system, suitable for both automatic and manual operation. In automatic mode, the workpieces are loaded directly onto one of the two satellites. While Satellite 1 is inside the system and the attached component is being blasted, Satellite 2, which is located outside, can be reloaded. This setup minimizes downtime during loading and unloading. Inside the blasting machine, the satellite is driven, ensuring that especially rotationally symmetric components are blasted perfectly.

For manual blasting: the side door features two hand holes. This allows for manual blasting, similar to a hand blast cabinet. Inside the blasting chamber, there are two blasting nozzles and two blow-off nozzles. In automatic operation, all nozzles can be selected individually. For manual operation, a single nozzle is used for hand-guided blasting.

Automation via robot integration should also be possible with minor adjustments to the control system, although this would need to be implemented by the customer.

The system has been fully inspected and serviced. The buyer will also receive a 1-year warranty, the same as for a new machine.
