UK 350 A 90° CNC + TR14 Servo + Y-Achse

The fully automatic aluminium circular saw UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit (cutting angle 90°) has been specially developed for cutting profile and solid materials made of aluminium cast, copper, and hard plastics. The automatic feed and automatic cutting movement are ideal for fast and precise serial production! The material feed per stroke is up to 700 mm. Multiple strokes, and thus longer cut lengths, can be conveniently programmed from the operator panel. The main clamping vice secures the material with two horizontal and two vertical pneumatic cylinders, while the feed clamping system uses one horizontal and one vertical pneumatic cylinder. Both cutting and feed speeds can be adjusted according to the material through the large, user-friendly control panel! The machine is equipped with a mechanical stroke height adjustment, and the maximum cutting height is 100 mm. A large protective hood covers the entire working area and can be raised pneumatically at the push of a button! Standard equipment for the UK 350 A 90° CNC + drilling unit includes an air blow gun for cleaning the machine. Connections for a chip extraction system are provided. The machine is equipped with the TR 14 vertical drilling unit (drilling capacity up to ø 14 mm, thread M12), which is integrated into the cycle control of the aluminium circular saw.
