SEMI-AUTOMATIC DRILLING UNIT “UNIBOHRFIX 50”

With the UniBohrFix 50 drilling unit, all types of profiles can be processed either against a stop or via the gripper. Drilling is carried out manually using the lever, while the material is automatically moved to the next drilling position along the X-axis. Easily process entire programs or use the stop plate for quick single bores. The system is suitable for loads up to 100 kg. The unit also includes a minimum-quantity spray unit with holder and spray can.

Please refer to the table for the technical specifications of the standard version. If required, all components of the system can be customized to your needs. You can choose between different drilling machines, roller conveyors, positioning systems, and vices.
