Highly Efficient Series Production

Clamping – Enter cutting dimensions – Start. Automatic saws with feed systems are standard for efficient series processing of bar and bundle materials. Maximum cutting range up to 290 x 320 mm.


Equipment
Automatic hydraulic bandsaw with NC control
for cuts from 0° to 60° right, fully compliant with all CE safety standards.
The unit features 9 programs, each consisting of up to 99 individual steps, giving a total of approx. 890 cutting positions, each with an integrated part counter.
Functionality includes: material feed, closing of the fixed vice, blade rotation, distribution of emulsifiable coolant, bow descent until the cut is completed, return of the feed carriage to the preset dimension, bow reset, and blade stop triggered by coolant distribution with cycle repetition.
Hydraulic feed, cut by cut, without limitation on feed length.
Numeric control of quantity and cutting length.
Hydraulic control unit with adjustable cutting pressure.
Saw blade tension is monitored electro-mechanically using a microswitch.
Integrated brush device for band cleaning.
